Inspired by her sister’s recovery after a life-changing accident, Carmencita Rosales discovered her passion for storytelling and built a career as a bilingual journalist and TV host. 
From launching WSOE’s first Spanish-language radio show at Elon to creating her own media platform, Tu Cita con Carmencita, Rosales now covers major entertainment and fashion events across Latin America and the U.S. while inspiring young Latinas to pursue their dreams through storytelling and representation.
​​​​​​​After taking on leadership roles and event management opportunities at Elon, Nikki Sanz worked with major touring productions and artists before founding Giggs, a career platform designed to modernize hiring and networking for live event professionals. 
Recently named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and one of Elon’s Top 10 Under 10 alumni, Sanz is building a more inclusive and accessible pathway for the next generation of event and production workers.
Jensen Roll combines entrepreneurship, construction and community impact through Roll Construction, a fast-growing North Carolina company owns. 
While at Elon, Roll designed a custom major in social entrepreneurship and developed a passion for service-driven leadership. 
His work focuses on community-centered development projects, including affordable housing and initiatives supporting formerly incarcerated individuals.

Doug Williams successfully transitioned from sports broadcasting to local and international news reporting at CBS New York.
 After seven years covering sports, Williams embraced the challenge of breaking news and high-stakes human interest stories, including reporting from Tel Aviv during the war in Gaza.​​​​​​​
Alongside his work in New York, Williams remains committed to mentoring Elon students and giving back to the journalism community that helped launch his career.
